Alayjah Andry

Alayjah is a valued member of the Finney Neill operations team, helping keep the firm running smoothly while supporting both clients and accountants. In her role, she assists wherever she is needed — from supporting Julie and communicating with clients to helping maintain the office and taking stress off the accounting team so they can stay focused on providing excellent service.

Before joining Finney Neill, Alayjah held a lead role at a bakery, where she gained hands-on experience in inventory management, data entry, and communication. She brings that same reliability, organization, and team-first mindset to her work at the firm. With nearly two years at Finney Neill and two years of professional experience overall, Alayjah is especially proud of her willingness to learn. Now that she is in school, she appreciates the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who can answer her questions and help her continue growing.

Born in Ballard, Washington, Alayjah now lives near Bothell. One of the things she values most about Finney Neill is the firm’s commitment to its core values. She finds it encouraging to be part of a team that not only talks about those values, but sincerely lives them out.

Alayjah enjoys building strong client relationships by getting to know people, listening to their needs, helping solve problems over the phone, and making clients feel comfortable when they visit the office.

Outside of work, Alayjah enjoys going to church, volunteering, and spending time outdoors. She loves playing soccer, running, and joining in just about any sport for fun. She also enjoys long walks and hikes with her dog — no matter the weather.
