Julie Kruger

Julie is a Seattle native who grew up in Ballard—just minutes from Finney Neill—and brings a strong sense of community and operational excellence to the firm. Prior to joining Finney Neill, she spent 10 years as a stay-at-home mom raising her children and before that, a decade working in the production supply chain for a local clothing retailer.

Joining Finney Neill in 2020, Julie leads the firm’s non-accounting operations, overseeing HR, scheduling, and building operations to keep the team supported, organized, and running efficiently. She also takes pride in strengthening connection and morale across the firm through internal events and culture-building initiatives.

Julie is known for her radiant attitude, steady focus on process improvement and follow-through. She makes it her priority to make clients feel heard and help them find solutions to whatever concerns them. In 2022, she helped implement a new project management system that has improved how the firm manages projects and client information, reinforcing efficiency while maintaining high service standards. She is also a Notary Public for the state of Washington and a member of the Seattle chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management).

Julie spends most of her free time driving her kids around to all their sports and social functions. Additionally, she enjoys taking Pure Barre classes, and trying new restaurants with her Husband.
