If you’re looking for a new CPA, we’d be happy to talk with you and see how our firm might be of service to you. Before we get started there are a few things you might find useful:

Timing

We file extensions for as many of our clients as possible. Filing an extension allows you the ability to assemble all your tax documents with less time pressure, while still allowing our team the time needed to give every return the individualized time and attention it deserves. If an extension is made, we will coordinate closely with you ahead of the deadline to prepare an estimate for any payments to be made (an extension is for time to file, but not to pay).

Tax Preparation Minimum Fees

We specialize in highly personalized tax preparation and planning services. Our team is dedicated to understanding your individual needs and delivering the most effective solutions for your situation. Fee minimums for each type of service are shown below, but note that fees can increase from these minimums based on the size, complexity, and risk associated with your return:

• Individual (1040): $1,500
• Business (1065, 1120S, 1120): $2,500
• Trust (1041): $1,500
• Estate (1041: $2,000
• Estate (WA/706): $4,000
• Non-profit (990): $3,000
• Tax planning or detailed estimate projects are separately estimated and invoiced.

Start-Up Fees: First year setup fees start at $500. This fee includes a thorough review of your prior year tax return as we get your information into our system; sometimes we uncover issues, sometimes we appreciate a job well done – in either case, we pay attention to the details that comprise your specific situation.

We will provide you a fee estimate after reviewing your most recently filed return and having a conversation with you.
