Biography

Leslie is an accounting and assurance professional who enjoys helping mission-driven organizations feel confident in their numbers. With 24 years of accounting experience—including 14 years at Finney Neill—she partners with nonprofit and affordable housing clients to strengthen financial reporting, support compliance, and keep stakeholders well-informed.

Before joining Finney Neill, Leslie spent the first decade of her career at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), where she served clients as an Assurance Manager and supported EY’s West Coast Advisory team as a Learning Manager. She also provided accounting consulting services to a large nonprofit, building hands-on insight into the operational realities and reporting needs of mission-focused organizations.

Originally from Walla Walla, Washington, Leslie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Fox University. She’s active in the profession through volunteer service with the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA), including roles on CPAPAC and several not-for-profit committees, and she is proud to have received a Graduate of Distinction Award from the Walla Walla Public School District.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her playing pickleball, quilting, hiking, volunteering, or traveling!
