Lisa Anacker

Lisa provides financial statement assurance services with an emphasis on nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities, including low-income housing and historic tax credit projects. With seven years at Finney Neill, she is recognized for delivering reliable, high-quality work and for approaching each engagement with a steady focus on accuracy, accountability, and results that clients can stand behind.

Before returning to school to pursue accounting, Lisa built her early career in a food science laboratory, where she supported quality control testing and research and development. That foundation sharpened her analytical mindset and reinforced a disciplined, detail-driven approach—strengths she brings to every assurance engagement.

Lisa values strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and clear communication. She is proud of her dependability and consistent dedication to doing her best work. Lisa strives to understand each client’s goals and challenges, by listening closely and providing thoughtful, tailored guidance that supports long-term success.

Originally from Seattle and raised in Ballard, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle University and a Certificate of Accountancy from North Seattle College. She is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA) and the AICPA.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys photography and getting lost in a good book, both of which offer a creative and reflective balance to her professional life.
